Log on Close
When an agent closes a conversation, any unlogged messages are automatically sent to HawkSoft. A brief confirmation screen lets the agent review what will be logged before confirming. Best for teams that close conversations after each client interaction.
End of Day Catch-Up
At the end of each business day, Voley scans for any conversations that weren't logged and documents them automatically. Choose whether to log as full text, as a link, or use Smart mode (Voley decides based on conversation length). Best as a safety net for busy agencies.
Manual selective logging
Agents can manually select which messages to log at any time. Click Log in the conversation header, check the messages to include, choose the format, and confirm. Full control when you need it.
Deduplication built in: Voley tracks every message that has been logged. A message is never logged twice, no matter which method triggers it. No duplicate notes in HawkSoft.
Set up in under 15 minutes
Because Voley is an official HawkSoft Partner, you don't need to request API credentials. You just need your agency's HawkSoft Agency ID.

Subscribe in the HawkSoft Marketplace
Log in to HawkSoft, navigate to the Marketplace, find the Voley listing, and click Subscribe. This authorizes the integration between your HawkSoft agency account and Voley.

Connect using your Agency ID
In Voley, go to Settings → Integrations → HawkSoft. Enter your HawkSoft Agency ID and click Test Connection to verify everything is working.

Sync your HawkSoft contacts
Click Sync Contacts to import your client list — names, phone numbers, and email addresses — directly from HawkSoft. Enable Auto-Sync to keep contacts updated automatically.

Configure auto-logging
Go to Settings → Message Logging. Enable Log on Close and End of Day Catch-Up so every conversation is automatically documented in HawkSoft without manual effort.

Start texting — everything logs automatically
Send messages to HawkSoft-linked clients. Conversations are logged to the correct client record automatically. Check Settings → Logging Events to monitor status.
Official integration
Voley is listed in the HawkSoft Marketplace as an official HawkSoft Partner. Your agency can subscribe to Voley directly through HawkSoft without any separate API credential requests.
