Voley eliminates this gap. Every message your team sends or receives through Voley is automatically logged to the corresponding HawkSoft client record — with full content, timestamp, and sender attribution.
Three auto-logging modes
Each mode fits a different workflow. Most agencies enable all three for complete coverage.
Log on Close
When an agent closes a conversation, Voley automatically sends any unlogged messages to HawkSoft. A confirmation screen appears first so the agent can review what will be logged and choose the format.
Best for: agencies where agents close conversations at the end of each client interaction.
End of Day Catch-Up
At the end of each business day, Voley scans for any conversations that weren't logged through other methods and documents them automatically. Three format options:
- Always Text:Full message content written directly into the HawkSoft note.
- Always Link:A secure link to the conversation in Voley is logged instead of full text.
- Smart:Short conversations (5 messages or fewer) are logged as text; longer ones as links.
Best for: busy agencies that want a guaranteed safety net regardless of what else gets logged during the day.
Manual selective logging
Agents can select specific messages to log at any time. Click Log in the conversation header, check the messages to include, choose the format (text or link), optionally add a title and follow-up task, then confirm. Logged messages appear faded with a checkmark.
Best for: conversations that need custom handling, or when agents want full control over what gets documented.

Full message text
The actual content of each SMS, written directly into the HawkSoft client note.
Timestamp
The exact time each message was sent or received, not just when it was logged.
Sender attribution
Which agent sent each message, maintaining individual accountability in the shared inbox.
File attachments
Any files shared in the conversation are automatically uploaded to HawkSoft alongside the log note.
Conversation link option
Optionally log a secure link to the full conversation in Voley instead of, or in addition to, the text.
Follow-up task
Create a HawkSoft task at the time of logging — with assignee, due date, and category.
Deduplication — messages are never logged twice
Voley tracks every message that has been logged. Even when multiple auto-logging methods are active simultaneously — Log on Close, End of Day Catch-Up, and manual logging — a message is only ever sent to HawkSoft once.
This prevents duplicate entries in HawkSoft client records, keeping documentation clean regardless of how many logging triggers are configured.
Logging Events — your complete audit trail
Every logging attempt — successful or failed — is recorded in Voley's Logging Events view. Filter by status, contact, or date. Review error messages for any failed attempts. Retry failed logs directly from the audit view without leaving Voley.
